Inscrib3 is a new team of developers and web3 natives focusing on the BTC chain to drive innovation and create use cases that propel the Bitcoin narrative forward. Our developers boast over 10 years of experience in the programming world, having already dedicated several years to blockchain development.

Currently, we are working on several features to implement new use cases in Bitcoin software, supporting decentralization, and aiming to assist other projects seeking innovation in the space.

Our Path

Chapter 1

It all began in the summer of 2023, when the founders of inscrib3 decided to start experimenting with Bitcoin and explore new technologies for the benefit of people. Our journey on BTC commenced by delving into the ordinals protocol. We created various public repositories detailing our endeavors, which you can explore on GitHub. In additionally, you can delve deeper into our story by reading this GitBook, narrating the first chapter of our history.

Chapter 2 (PIPE protocol)

In the final days of September, while developing a launchpad for recursive ordinals collections, we found ourselves engaged in a crucial discussion about a new protocol based on the UTXO theory. This protocol was created by Casey, the developer behind Ordinals, providing a fresh perspective on how fungible tokens can be created on Bitcoin, simplifying the entire process.

From the outset, we recognized the potential of this idea and the opportunity to replace the existing standard for creating fungible tokens on BTC, known as BRC20. This shift aims to make the market more sustainable, primarily because this concept reduces by half the transactions needed for the transfer and sale of these tokens, making them more accessible for secondary market exchanges.

On September 27th, BennytheDev (Trac_Btc) released documentation introducing a new standard called PIPE, effectively creating the first protocol based on the UTXO theory that enables the native creation of fungible tokens on Bitcoin. Having already engaged with Benny and the Trac community, we decided to support this movement. Consequently, we swiftly created the Inspip platform within hours, allowing people to easily mint $PIPE tokens from the user interface.

The collaboration seemed to have gone well, as from that point onward, hundreds of thousands of tokens were created, and a market developed, surpassing a market cap of 200 million dollars.

Chapter 3 (Our Path)

Since the beginning of this journey, we have continuously developed on the protocol, following various steps:

In the first phase we focused on creating a platform that gives the ability to coin fungible and non-fungible tokens. We worked on upgrading the UI and UX to simplify the creation process for both creators and end-users.

Step 2: PIPE Indexer We successfully launched the beta version of the indexer, known as the ‘Pipe Explorer,’ allowing people to verify token ownership, view content, and access various related statistics directly from our website. Now the indexer it’s open source for everyone.

Step 3: PIPE Art We added the ability to create and mint non-fungible tokens on the platform after updating the protocol specifications, introducing PIPE art. We also created the foundational version of what is now the launchpad for open art collections.

Step 4: INSPIP Wallet We released the first version of our Pipe Wallet, currently the only web wallet that allows smooth usage of PIPE tokens, making the protocol secure and easily accessible to everyone. This enables trading and interaction directly from the UI, eliminating the need to download the Bitcoin node locally. Wallet link: https://github.com/inscrib3/inspip Soon in the Chrome store…

Step 5: Creation of the Inspip Marketplace. While developing the wallet and other functions, we focused on providing the community with what they requested the ability to sell and buy NFTs and art directly from our platform. Now, tokens can be listed and purchased directly from our platform.

Step 6: Launchpad for Open Art Collections on the Pipe Protocol. We created a dedicated launchpad to simplify the creation and purchase of NFT collections for both creators and end-users. Currently live on our platform.

Step 7: Continues improvment We will focus on perfecting and enhancing the infrastructure we have created, aiming to meet the needs of the community by improving the UI and UX of our website and wallet. Meanwhile, we will continue testing, researching the protocol, supporting the community, and developing to understand how to expand our ecosystem both internally and through external projects like XPIPE and PIPEOPLE with Pipe Production.

Step 8: SOON……

We will continue to serve and support the Bitcoin movement, developing innovations both on the PIPE protocol and in general on Bitcoin. We will expand vertically to aid decentralization. Inscrib3’s technology will grow and improve over time, striving to enhance our ecosystem, st

They offer two main functionalities through their APIs: Stablecoin Orchestration: This service allows developers to easily convert between different stablecoins across various networks. Imagine it as a seamless way to exchange one type of dollar-pegged coin for another, similar to how Stripe handles different fiat currencies. Bridge takes care of the complexities behind the scenes, including ensuring compliance and handling any necessary money movement. Stablecoin Issuance: With Bridge’s APIs, developers can create their own custom stablecoins with just a few lines of code. These custom stablecoins can have unique features like: Customizable smart contract logic Transparent reserve management Potential for built-in yield generation Overall, Bridge aims to simplify working with stablecoins for developers by providing user-friendly APIs for both orchestration and issuance. This can help developers integrate stablecoin functionality into their applications more easily.
